The best part is that they’re surprisingly easy to make with simple ingredients you probably already have on hand. Whether you’re serving them for dinner, game day, or a fun family meal, these copycat White Castle burgers are guaranteed to disappear fast.

This recipe recreates the classic flavor and texture of White Castle’s famous sliders using simple ingredients you can find at the grocery store. You’ll get the same thin beef patties, soft buns, and cheesy goodness without leaving home.
Thin patties cook quickly and give these sliders their signature texture. They also allow the onions to cook into the meat, creating the flavor White Castle burgers are known for.
Soft slider buns or small dinner rolls work best for this recipe. They closely match the texture of the original White Castle burgers and hold up well to the juicy beef.
These burgers pair well with French fries, onion rings, potato chips, coleslaw, or a simple salad. They’re also a great addition to game day spreads or casual family dinners. We’ve got some great pairing recipes right above the recipe card that you should check out!
