Morning Zing Smoothie
- 1 orange peeled and seeded (we used the Cuties brand)
- 1/2 lime, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen are okay to use)
- 1/2 avocado, pitted
- 2 cups of water
Then, you just blend it all! It was delicious and sweet, I couldn’t taste the spinach or avocado at all. And because it’s an all natural pick me up without the caffeine, so no crashing later!
