I have a love hate relationship with chips. I avoid them like the plague, because when I do eat them ? I eat them a half bag at a time! My husband finds this hilarious, he has stated many times he has never seen anyone who can kill a bag of chips like I can. This is not the sweet flattery I long to hear. My Opinion
First of all, I love the design of the bowls, I got the blue one and they’re very cute. They are microwave and dishwasher safe, love that. Also, the concept totally worked for me. The whole idea is that when you grab a whole bag of chips or whatever snack, you unconsciously eat and don?t pay attention to portions. This way when you get to the bottom of the bowl, you?re done. To get more you have to make the choice to get up and get more and you are more likely not to. I used the bowl for two weeks. Since I cannot stand up due to multiple sclerosis, I can?t weigh, but my pants do fit a bit looser.
The only complaint I have with it is the lid. It just kind of sits on the bowl very loosely, there is no type of seal. Still, I would recommend this bowl to friends.
