The Super Bowl is almost upon us. Can you believe it? In just a very short week and a half, you’ll be gathering with family and friends to watch the battle of the Giants and Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI. Along with the big game will come lots of food and maybe some brews, but you might want consider putting some healthier snack options out there too.
Of course I have some to share with you! These great recipes are courtesy of CalorieCount.com. I have shared recipes for Cucumber Dip and Taco Cups. Both of these sound delicious and I’m going to try them for our Super Bowl gathering! I’ll also share links to some other recipes below, enjoy!
Cucumber Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 cup diced cucumber
2/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
To prepare sauce, combine cucumber, yogurt, dill, and garlic in a small bowl.

Taco Cups Recipe
makes 24 servings
mini muffin pan taco cups
Ingredients
24 wonton wrappers
6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
6 tsp (1 pkg) taco seasoning
500 g (1 pkg) boca ground burger
Directions
Push wonton wrappers into mini-muffin pan and spray with non-stick spray.
Warm the burger through and mix with taco seasoning.
Fill wonton cups with taco meat mixture and top with cheese.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until edges of wonton’s are browned. Serve with salsa.
