I started making OREO Cookie Balls the weekend before last and once I started, I couldn’t stop. The things are not only fun to make, but they’re quite delicious to eat as well! The inspiration just kept on coming and before I knew it, I had made OREO Cookie Ball Snowmen, Festive Holiday OREO Cookie Balls and these adorable OREO Cookie Ball Reindeer!
You need just 3 simple ingredients to make OREO Cookie Balls and you can find the Official OREO Cookie Ball Recipe with my OREO Cookie Balls Snowmen. You’ll also need the following items:
- Red Hots candies
- Round white sprinkles
- small pretzels
You’ll start of by making the OREO Cookie Balls by using the official recipe. Let them chill as directed and then you can start decorating!
- Break the pretzels in half so that you’ll have what look like “antlers”. Place them into the top of the OREO Cookie Balls on either side, broken edges facing outwards.
- Add 2 round white sprinkles for the eyes and a red hot for the nose. You’ll attach each of these items with a tiny dab of melted chocolate.
It’s that simple and now your OREO Cookie Ball Reindeer are complete and ready to eat!
