Baze and His Silly Friends are a multi-award winning children/family rock band out of New Jersey that was formed from entertaining songs that Marc Bazerman would sing to his sons. With the desire to want to get kids out and dancing, being happy and celebrating, Baze and His Silly Friends were created!
On their new album, The Best Day Ever, they bring in an incredible all-star children’s music cast of silly friends: Lucky Diaz, Suzi Shelton, Kira Wiley, Yosi, and Dave Lambert (The Fuzzy Lemons), as well as Stacia Newcomb (“Star” on PBS KIDS Sprout’s The Good Night Show), Andrew Freeman (The Offspring, Lynch Mob), and the legendary Tom “Bones” Malone!
Because there are so many amazing artists on the album, it really has a lot of different genre’s mixed in from pop, rock to a little soft punk. All of the tunes are inspired by Marc Bazerman’s the daily experiences of raising two sons, which as we all know can be quite entertaining and maybe a little crazy! But it is also a reason why I really love this album. It’s fun, energetic and has a lot of rhythm!
They also make some pretty silly videos!
