With a house full of boys, game day is usually pretty eventful around here. Whether it’s just our family or they invite some friends to cheer for the green and gold, I’m always trying to come up with new tailgating ideas so that we’re not having the same things over and over each week.
When I heard about new SNICKERS MARS Bites, I knew just what I wanted to make for our next #GameDayBites recipe. These Mini Snickers Cheesecakes were going to be amazing!

Now back to my recipe. I decided to make?Mini Snickers Cheesecakes – the no cheat kind that you actually bake. Let me just say that I have never actually baked a cheesecake in my life. Needless to say, I was a little nervous that they might not even turn out! But I pushed that aside and gathered my ingredients to give it a shot anyway.
Mini Snickers Cheesecakes Recipe
Makes 18 cupcakes
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 1/4 cups Keebler Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 – 8 oz packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 7 oz Snickers MARS Bites – chopped up (set aside 1/2 cup for topping)
- 15 Kraft Caramels
3. Bake at 325 degrees for about 20-25 minutes depending on your oven. I checked mine after 20, they didn’t look done, so I put them in for another 5 minutes. When I checked again, they were cracked at the top and I’m not sure that was supposed to happen.
When done, take out and place on baking rack.
4. Melt caramels according to package directions, top cupcakes with chopped up 1/2 cup of chopped up Snickers that were set aside, drizzle with caramel. Put any rings, toys etc on the cupcakes that you’d like. Let cool for about 1 hour and enjoy!
When I do a big spread for our football parties, I always bring out the game table to set the theme. Everyone gets a kick out of it! Since I was doing the whole football theme, I brought out the All Star Cupcake Stand and set the cupcakes on/around it. The display looked great!
The true test was on taste though. The?Mini Snickers Cheesecakes can look as delicious as can be, but they have to taste amazing too. Once everyone dug in, I asked for opinions. They all said that the?Mini Snickers Cheesecakes were awesome and I did a great job! It really didn’t take a whole lot of time to make them from scratch either, so I will definitely be making these quite often. Cheesecake is my favorite dessert after-all!
