Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stick 3 marshmallows through a cake pop stick.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each heating session, until fully melted.

Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate, fully covering them. Arrange on the parchment lined baking sheet.

Immediately top with sprinkles.

Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour to allow the chocolate to set.
