Brown the ground beef in a large cast iron skillet.
Cook the tortellini according to package directions.
Once meat is cooked, stir in the taco seasoning.
Add the diced tomatoes, corn, and black beans. Toss to combine, and heat over medium low heat for 5- 10 minutes until everything is warmed.
Chop the cilantro.
Stir in the tortellini and cheese.
Top with cilantro and serve.
