Cut the soap base into 1 inch cubes, and divide between the two measuring cups.
Melt the soap in 30 second intervals, stirring between each heating session, until fully melted.
Stir 1 1/2 tablespoons for the honey powder into one of the cups of soap base,
Pour a small amount of the plain soap base into the bottom of the soap mold not completely covering the bottom. Spray with alcohol if desired to reduce bubbles in the finished soap.
Wait a few seconds to allow it to start to set, then pour some of the honey soap in, filling the gap in the bottom, and covering part of the plain soap. Spray with alcohol if desired to reduce bubbles in the finished soap.
Sprinkle some of the remaining honey powder in a line or pattern over the soap base.
Continue this method of pouring, spraying, and sprinkling, making a pattern that will create your swirl once the soap is cut.
You may need to reheat the soap base a few times throughout the process, just for 10-15 second intervals.
Once you are finished pouring soap base, sprinkle any remaining honey powder over the top of the soap.
Allow the soap to set, undisturbed for 2-3 hours, until firm.
Unmold the soap, and cut into 1 inch bars.
