Today I am going to share with you something that I’m passionate about…Lego’s! The reason I feel this way is for one reason, that reason being, my son. At a very young age, I was so amazed at how patient he was with these tiny little pieces, but yet he wasn’t patient about putting on a sock, or how his sandwich was placed on his plate…he would lose it! As many of our regular readers know, I have 4 almost brand new little nephews. They are the most precious little babies and I plan to just spoil them rotten! When the set arrived, I opened it up to check it out for myself. I was initially surprised at how much stuff I was uncovering. It came with a comforter, crib bumper, crib skirt, fitted sheet, toy bag, decorative throw pillow, diaper stacker and 2 window valances!

I am totally impressed with how soft and comfy this set is. It’s been a lot of years since I had a baby and this is 100 times better than the set I had. The fabric is quality and very soft to the touch. The print is just adorable.

Mess-free Makeover With Barbie – The Barbie Digital Makeover Review!

Barbie Digital Makeover is the coolest tech-toy to enter my house in a long time. My girls and I have had SO much fun playing with it! The Barbie Digital Makeover combines the fun of playing with lipstick, eyeshadow, blush, glitter, and accessories without any mess. Complete with vanity lights, a tray of mess-free makeup and an electronic makeup brush makes this a tech-toy a must have. It would keep any girl (okay and mom!) entertained for hours.

Slide your iPad (or iPad mini, like mine) into the “mirror slot” and it instantly becomes a mirror for you to apply the makeup and more. The iPad camera takes a photo of you and with the applicator, you can start applying makeup. The facial tracking technology keeps the digital makeup in place as you move around – just like you are really wearing the make up.

We have had an absolute blast playing with Barbie Digital Makeover. My boss has two girls (11 and 9) and I took it into work to show him. He was so excited, he went out and purchased one for his girls for Christmas. His wife sent me a thank you – she said the girls are going to love it and she appreciated an early start on her shopping!

Paper Culture Perfect Pairing – Ho Ho Ho Holiday Cards & Reindeer Address Labels

I love this time of year. I get so excited and giddy over the holidays and I go all out to make them extra special every year. It starts with the holiday cards. I don’t have adorable little babies anymore, so I don’t do the super cute photo cards that are all the rage these days. However, I do still want high quality cards that look great. I want a smile to cross the recipient’s face when they open it up! That’s why I jumped at the chance to work with Paper Culture on a holiday cards review.

Browsing their site, I found so many great designs, but the ones I loved best needed photos. I was seriously tempted to gather the family and take some family photos for the cards. I even thought of including a great shot of Max instead, but then that wouldn’t be fair to the other pups.

Then I happened upon the Ho Ho Ho Holiday Card and fell in love. The card is simple, sleek and just perfect. I absolutely adored it! So I went through, customized it with our family’s info and voila, our holiday cards were picked! Even the back of the cards are decorative – totally perfect!

When my cards arrived, I almost just ripped into the package out of utter excitement to see how they turned out. Then I realized I better be gentle because there were cards in that package after all!

I was beyond pleased at the very first glance. My cards were amazing and I couldn’t believe the quality of the paper. The cards are nice and thick, the printing perfect and I love the size! For some reason I just love the long sleek style cards, so unique!

I also ordered the Reindeer Address Labels and I have to say that they are the cutest thing I’ve seen! The colors match the cards and together, they are a perfect pair!

Paper Culture has a huge assortment of holiday cards, address labels and so much more to offer. I’m not going to lie though, I feel you might get a bit lost looking through all of their goodies. I know that I sure did! I will definitely be going back for other needs throughout the year and just told my sister to check out their “Save the Date” cards for her wedding next year!
