I am currently pregnant with my third and final baby. I am super excited as I am almost halfway through the pregnancy. My first came 3 weeks early so I had not even packed an overnight bag. This time around I will be packed way in advance so that there will be no panic or rushing around last minute in case this girl wants to come early too. After giving birth everything in your lady regions will be a mess for weeks….I had no idea about this fact until it happened to me! Don?t mess up your fancy underwear after childbirth as you can wear D?Briefs instead.
D?Briefs are real underwear, with a built-in absorbent pad and bonded waterproof backing to provide discreet comfort and security. It can absorb 300mls over 4 hours. After birth woman are faced with what will feel like an endless period and tampons and cups are a huge no during this time period. This underwear feels and looks real and besides offering protection it is also super stretchy to work with your body as it adjusts during this change.
Each D?Brief is designed to be machine washed and tumble dried up to 100 times.
They currently come in two styles and two colors of white and black. There is the Women’s High Banded Brief and Women’s Active Brief. I especially like the active brief type as it offers my body type a better fit but everyone will be different.
I like that these are more environmentally friendly compared to disposable pads. I have actually worn these to get a feel for them even though I have not had my baby yet. They are really nice and I can see myself really appreciating them after giving birth.
Right now these are available online at Amazon. These will be just great for the days and weeks after childbirth where I need comfort down there but I also need serious protection. I have already put them in my hospital bag so I am ready go to go!
