I spend a lot of time in the kitchen – just in case you can’t tell from the recipes that I love to share! I’m also from Wisconsin, so naturally I love cheese. Well cooking and cheese go hand in hand for me and I’m always looking for ways to save time and sanity in the kitchen. There is almost nothing I dislike more than cutting cheese because, let’s face it, it takes forever and I almost always screw up a slice or two.
When I saw the Classic Cheese Board and Slicer from Core Bamboo, I knew that it would soon become a kitchen essential. Boy, was I right! Slicing cheese has never been easier. You just set the cheese on the board, pull the wired handle down where you want you cut and voila, instead sliced cheese. What a sanity saver!
Since I do share so many recipes here at Outnumbered 3 to 1, I’ve been slowly collecting beautiful dishes to use in my displays. I don’t want a cupboard full of just blog dishes though, I want ones that I will use on certain occasions as well.
I just knew the 3 Part Square Entertainment Set would be perfect for both. I can serve olives or other small items when we’re entertaining, perhaps different kinds of dip or spreadable cheeses. When I’m doing recipes to share, I can put the ingredients inside, like I’ve done in the photo below. It certainly makes for a pretty presentation!
