Nugget is obsessed with trains, and not just any train, but Thomas the Train and his friends. He got his own train table for Christmas last year and can easily spend an hour playing at his table reassembling the tracks and moving his trains to their destinations. He’s great at remembering each of the train’s names and what they do. He was so excited to add a new adventure to his train table with the Thomas and Friend Wooden Railway James’s Fishy Delivery set.
With over 30 pieces, this figure-8 train set lets you travel up, over and around the fishery! Take James over the wooden bridge, watch fish swim in the tank, and drop off the crate of fish in the cargo bin!

Nugget had a blast with this train set. He loves spinning the aquarium at the top and watching the fish go around. He’s very meticulous about lining up the train next to the part where you would dump the fish in. He shouts out “fish are coming” as he brings James over the bridge to put the container of fish into the cargo box for another train to transport.
I love how easily this set fits in with his other tracks and Thomas sets. He was excited to get it set up onto his train table so the other trains could help transport the fish. This is a fabulous addition to any train set and really adds an element of fun and encourages children to use their imagination.
The quality of this set is amazing. All of the Thomas and Friend pieces, from the trains, to the buildings, to the tracks, are built to last. The wood feels thick and sturdy and a few accidental drops to the floor haven’t so much as made a dent on any of the pieces. The attention to detail on all of the pieces makes each train and part of the set special. I know this train set will last him for years to come and will provide for many days of indoor fun.
