If you were to ever meet my little Ellie in person, you would quickly learn that she LOVES food. She’s not picky and she will eat everything you give to her. One of her favorite things in the entire world is fruit and she loves it even more when it comes in a squeeze pouch.

I first introduced Ellie to squeeze pouches shortly after her first birthday last December. Since then, it is something that she requests daily. I made 7 apple banana squeeze pouches the other night in about 30 minutes and the whole process was quite simple.

Once the puree was made, I set up my squeeze station and got ready to fill pouches for Ellie.

These pouches were so easy to make and fill and I love that I know exactly what is in them and that they are fresh versus sitting in a box on a shelf in a store somewhere for who knows how long.
