Take one cube into the shower or bath. Let warm water wet the cube. Rub it gently in your hands to break it up, then massage the scrub onto wet skin in gentle circles. Rinse off well, then pat your skin dry and follow with lotion or oil.
For most people, once or twice a week is enough. If your skin is sensitive, once every two weeks may be better. Over‑scrubbing too often can cause dryness or irritation.
Keep cubes in a dry, airtight container and store them somewhere cool and dry — not in the shower where moisture can creep in. Avoid using wet hands to pull out cubes. When stored right, they usually stay good for about 3–6 months.
