Live+Local, a Sony AFFIRM original that’s launching on Pure Flix next month is about Tommy ‘N Tina two radio hosts for KHUG 109 FM. They are known as TnT In The Morning. They are the highest-rated local radio program–but Tommy and Tina have to navigate the ups and downs of the radio industry with trying to trust their new program director Jerry.
They begin the show by interviewing Danny Ray about his new book “No I Can’t Make Your Wife Disappear”. Danny and his wife wanted to share what they have learned by helping other couples through their ministry. The second guest they had on the show in the first episode was Leanne Morgan a stand-up comedian. She discussed her career and her husbands ‘Love Language’ which is acts of service. She told Tommy ‘N Tina that she had to go build something to show her husband she loves him. TnT ends each interview with the question “What brings you joy?” and each of the guests said their families bring them joy.
Starring executive producer Dave Coulier (Tommy) from “Fuller House” and Emily Pendergast (Tina), viewers will get an inside look at the Christian local radio station K-HUGG. The staff is experiencing some strange transitions and power shifts at work, but you will see them handle it with grace and comedy. This series will keep you laughing as they navigate through all the changes at the station.
