Graphic novels are still HOT in the middle grade reader world. My 12 year old still picks up a graphic novel before a traditional novel. My entire household is already MASSIVE Teen Titans Go! fans because whether on screen or in print they are absolutely HILARIOUS! Teen Titans Go! Roll With It! is no different! Robin has everyone get together to play their favorite roll playing game and as usual things get a little out of hand!

Heather Nuhfer and P.C. Morrissey team up in this fun story about game night with the Titans!
The Teen Titans have a regular game of Basements and Basilisks, but when the Basement Boss (Robin, of course) tries to make the game super fun by making it super impossible to win, the team rebels. Their new BB is much more enjoyable–and she actually lets them complete their quests, which is excellent motivation to keep playing. But the Boy Wonder begins to worry the Titans will be trapped in their imaginations forever, going on endless, breezy-easy quests, neglecting their duties in Jump City.
There might also be problems with the campaign’s most important relic, the “Anklet of Extreme Crushing (and Chafing)” that Robin has tightly clasped to his leg.
Heather Nuhfer and P.C. Morrissey (Teen Titans Go!), Agnes Garbowska (DC Super Hero Girls), and Sandy Jarrell (Batman ’66) go back to the game table and hope their rolls get the Titans out of trouble in Teen Titans Go! Roll With It!
As usual Robin takes his job as boss in their roll-playing game a little too seriously. Instead they decide on a new boss to take over and now they are enjoying playing easy quests…much to the dismay of Robin! Sure, most kids today might not understand Dungeons and Dragons but after reading this book they will have a really good idea of how it was played and why it was so popular! Reading this graphic novel makes me wanna play the game! The artwork is as incredible as always and it feels like the television show has jumped directly onto the pages without skipping a beat. The humor that we have all come to know and love from the Teen Titans is ever present and will have you smiling from cover to cover. If you love these hilarious Teen Titans then you will easily enjoy this graphic novel too!
