You may have seen some of our other soap recipes, like the Homemade All Natural Lemon Soap, Coconut Rose Petal Soap, or Vanilla & Lavender Soap Recipe Using Melt and Pour. We have a number of DIY beauty recipes, and today I am sharing this lovely Homemade Eucalyptus Soap Recipe. Now, this recipe has quite a few more steps than those other handmade soap tutorials, but I assure you, these soap bars are well worth the extra effort. They smell great, and are really pretty!
When making our DIY bath and beauty products, we like to use Rocky Mountain Oils because they have such a great selection of single oils as well as essential oil blends. We also love this mica powder for any of our projects that require color and this sweet almond oil anytime a carrier oil is called for in a recipe.
What is eucalyptus soap good for?
Eucalyptus oil can help soothe skin irritations, and reduce the pain, itchiness and rashes associated with the irritation. Use a little more of the eucalyptus oil, and inhale the oils in the soap to help loosen congestion and ease your cough.
Is Eucalyptus good for skin?
Eucalyptus is great for cleansing your skin, and can help calm redness thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Can I use food coloring in soap making?
You can, though I personally use soap colorant.
