In fact, everyone has been a fan when I have served them, and they are a great treat to take to summer potluck parties. I’ve even had them at baby showers since they are a nice bite size dessert to serve.
Just a few simple ingredients are needed for these tasty bites, and they take just a few minutes to whip together. I use pre-made phyllo shells so there is absolutely no cooking involved to make these dessert bites. They are simply one of my favorite fresh fruit recipes.
Blueberry Yogurt Tartlets
Once you make these blueberry yogurt tartlets and see just how easy they are to make, you will be hooked. The good news is that you can switch them up with different flavors of yogurt and varieties of fresh berries too. The possibilities are practically endless!
Ingredients:
- 1 package (15 count) Phyllo Shells – found in grocery freezer
- 8oz blueberry yogurtÂÂ
- 15 fresh blueberries
Directions:
Step 1. Rinse blueberries in water.
Step 2. Set out Phyllo Shells on a plate or tray.
Step 3. Spoon yogurt into piping bag or zipper bag and cut off one end.
Step 4. Pipe yogurt into Phyllo Shells.
Step 5. Top each with a blueberry
