Fleet Farm Opens in DeForest Wisconsin

This is a partnered post, though opinions are my own.?Over the last month, I’ve been sharing all about new Fleet Farm stores that are opening up across the state of Wisconsin, encouraging you to attend the Grand Opening festivities. Well I finally attended one of the Grand Opening events in DeForest, WI with my husband last weekend and boy, was it exciting!

We pulled off the freeway and immediately saw all of the excitement from people in the town of DeForest, as we followed a long line of cars into the jam packed parking lot of the new Fleet Farm store. It even took us a good 10 minutes to find a parking spot, and those lots are huge! Walking into the store, people were everywhere and the checkout lines were super long. It seemed like everyone in town had come to check out the fun, and they sure were enjoying it!

There was so much going on during the Grand Opening including a scavenger hunt with branded swag prizes, a giveaway drawing, fun music, food tents outside and so much more.

What’s awesome about the Fleet Farm store openings is that they’re not limiting it to just one grand opening event. Instead, there will be 6 entire weeks of fun for shoppers! Here is the run down:

• Week 2 – Toyland on Saturday, October 13 – Doors open at 6am and this is your chance to grab some deals on the latest toys!
• Week 3 – Farm to Table on Saturday, October 20 – A Vintage tractor show and Sprout Bring a Bag – Get a Bag
• Week 4 – Automotive on Saturday, October 27 – Car Care 101
• Week 5 – Pet on Saturday, November 3 – Jeff Fuller Appearance, Adoption Event and Pet Supply & Food Drive
• Week 6 – Great Outdoors with John Gillespie on Saturday, November 10

You won’t want to miss these fun events and you definitely want to check out the new store. With over 200,000 square feet of shopping space and giant signs close to the ceiling pointing out each department, shopping has never been more fun. I was so excited to bring my husband along to experience the new Fleet Farm store and he definitely enjoyed it as much as I did, but maybe even a little more!
