We have been using the Kudo Banz as a reward system at home.? Some of our goals are use your manners, be nice to your siblings and follow directions.? Following directions is a broad topic it could include chores, a simple request or helping out.? We are a family of five and we all have to help out to make our house hold run more efficiently.? Another issue at our house is listening the first time instead of mom or dad repeating themselves numerous times.? My children are 5 and 8 and this has been a great tool to encourage good behavior.? At the end of the week if my children received 3 charms they can go to the store and pick out one item as their reward for good behavior.
