The 6.3 Quart Pressure Cooker by BESTEK, Electric 11-in-1 Programmable Multi-Use Stainless Steel?comes with everything you will need to get started: a lid, sealring, inner pot, AC power cord, measuring cup, dadle, soup ladle, condensation collector, steamer tray, user manual and even a collection of recipes. There is enough room inside to cook for a family of 5 or 6 and allows you to cook up to 10 cups of rice.

You can make Rice, Multigrain, Chicken/Duck, Steamed fish, Steamed egg, Stew dessorts, Soup, Porridge, Tenderloin/Mutton, Bean/Tendon and also Cake. The posibilities for quick and easy meals are practically endless.
Stew is one of my favorite things to make in the pressure cooker and is so easy! Simply put the meat ad onions in and brown it. Then add your celery and carrots.
Let is all cook and add the potatoes right near the end. Give it a little thickness with a corn starch mixture and voila, beef stew that is simple and delicious!
