I have found my new “go-to” brand of flip flop, Okabashi shoes are made with a plant-based material so they?re recyclable, biodegradable and dishwasher safe. I have fallen in love with their New Splash Sandal in brown, but I also like their Copenhagen Clogs in brown. As you can tell I love a neutral shoe that will go with anything!
I have been bad and wearing the flip flops to work, but we are not allowed too. However, I still wear them because they are so comfortable! If I could I would wear flip flops all year round except for a couple of months out of the year I can’t due to cold weather, but living in the south we are able to wear flip flops nearly all year long. That’s one of the great things about the south it usually stays fairly warm all year round.
As for their clogs I love them as well, but here in the south it is too hot for closed toe shoes at the moment, but once it gets a little bit cooler I’m sure I’ll be wearing them everyday instead of my flip flops. I really love the woven look and they look great with jeans, but jeans are only allowed every so often. Thankfully I have khakis that also go great with the clog.
Okabashi shoes are very durable, which is a necessity for a busy mom on-the-go. You won’t go wrong with Okabashi! I wear mine everywhere! I even wear them to work and stand on my feet all day teaching! As a teacher you have to have comfortable shoes or your feet will hate you!
