We are literally down to the last few days of school for my girls. Once our summer starts we spend a ton of time enjoying the outdoors. We will be hitting up local pools, beaches, parks and so much more! With each of these adventures there are a few key items I always pack and one of those important items is a really nice blanket/mat. Pacific Play Tents makes really awesome bed tents that both my girls have for their beds but they also have really great indoor/outdoor mats.
This Seaside Beach Mat is not only cute but made of durable polyester that is water resistant with its PU coated fabric. That means if the ground is moist our blanket won’t be instantly soaked. If we spill a water I quickly wipe it up and there is no giant mess. That fabric means it is also super easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth. Folds up nice and small to fit in a beach tote or diaper bag.
It is a generous size at 56 in length x 56 in width. For scale here is a picture of my 5 and a half year old laying on it. Both my girls like it because they can “pretend they are at the beach all the time.”
Pacific Play Tents is a privately owned company dedicated to providing children with creative, high quality and imaginative products for indoor and outdoor use. Their stuff is definitely unique and fun! We have many fun places to go to this summer and this play mat will be coming with us on each trip. You never know when you will sit down for a snack or the kids (and parents) just need a clean spot to sit and relax.
