Chocolate & Berry Granola Bites
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup crisped rice cereal
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 5 oz package Stoneridge Orchards Berry Mix
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix very well
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Using a cookie scoop or teaspoon, form into 1.5 inch balls
- Place on parchment covered cookie sheet
- Freeze for 3 hours
