I have two gifted daughters when it comes to Math and both of them catch on to new Math concepts easily.? My youngest is six and is always wanting to do Math problems aloud and it drives her older sister crazy.? Logic Roots has fun Math board games so that neither of my girls will realize they are learning.? My eldest is in the 6th grade and is always complaining about her Math teacher giving her extra work.? She has one of the highest grades in the class and she doesn’t understand that her teacher only wants her to be better in Math.? I have?found two games?for my girls to learn while they?are having fun?and enhancing their Math’skills: Say Cheese Caf? and Ocean Raiders.
Some of the’skills addressed in this?Math game are multiplication, memorization, hand-eye coordination and patience & perseverance.? The target age group for Say Cheese Caf? is second grade and above.? The rules are simple: spin the pointer and choose a number.? When the next player takes a coin from the pouch and it is a multiple of the former number on the spinner the that player wins.? If you are not able to identify the relationship, you loose and the next player repeats the same steps.? All the players have to use multiplication skills extensively to win.

Some of the skills addressed are?addition,?number recognition,?number sequencing,’speed,?analytical thinking and?flexibility.? The target group for Ocean Raiders is first grade and above.? The rules are easy to follow: the ocean board has a special?non-linear number layout where 48 comes after 49 and 17 comes before 9. Players have to use addition skills to find their next position.

Logic Roots creators are very assionate about Math and work?with reinventing how kids practice Math through gamification.??Their Board Games, Card Games and Apps are widely used by top schools and homeschooling parents to help their’students fall in love with Math. Both of my girls love Math and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
