Let’s Garden is for children ages 6 and up. Both my girls are interested in gardening but I have a brown thumb. I can’t even keep a cactus alive. So a book about DIY gardening is exactly what we needed. The book talks about everything from easy to decorate pots to growing a bean sprout and even making some bird food. My girls think this book is awesome and I like it because it is gardening I can actually accomplish. Easy to follow instructions are included and it makes me even want to turn my thumb green.

The human body is astounding. This book explains how our body works in illustrations and texts that are created for children but?are also fascinating for adults.
Children are curious about their bodies. They not only want to know how they breathe and where their food goes after they’swallow it, but are also generally interested in how their bodies look on the inside and everything that happens there.
The book?My Body?takes its readers on a fun and compelling journey through the human body. Exploring how we breathe, where?our blood flows, how we digest, our senses, skeleton, muscles, nerves, and brain, it imparts fundamental knowledge in a way that?is understandable for children. It also provides fascinating information such as the fact that adults can be taller in the morning than?they are at night or that giraffes have the same number of neck bones (seven) as humans do.
My Body‘s?vivid illustrations and engaging texts make the book wonderfully suitable for children. It takes them on an entertaining?anatomical adventure that further stimulates their own natural curiosity.

My Body is listed for ages 8 and up and is an incredibly interesting book for both my almost 8 year old and myself! Everything is educational but written and illustrated in a way that grab’s children’s attention and gets them genuinely interested in the human body and the science within. Nothing in this book is inappropriate and for kids that like science they will devour every word and diagram.
These are pretty awesome books that would make great additions to any home library. My 2 girls enjoy them and honestly…so do I. There are too many great books like these to waste precious? shelving space on the not-so great ones. These are ones you will want to read over and over again.
