I am going to start drinking orange juice again. I did not know that it had this much health benefits. And I love the taste of orange juice.
We usually only drink OJ when we’re sick. Now, I might just drink it for the skin benefit alone. Although, since I’m not a fan of bananas, it’ll be a good alternative. Thanks for the great info!
Yum, I love orange juice. It’s the perfect morning drink. My kids can’t get enough of it. I’ve even made some popsicles with orange juice and it was a huge hit.
I love OJ.. didn’t know all these facts though. Thanks usually I only drink it with vodka but I may try and drink without it haha
I love OJ and always have it for breakfast. Very nutritious
Why not just eat oranges? When you drink any kind of juice it goes right through your system just like soda. Not to mention that most juices contain added sugars. What do I know though… I was told this by health care professionals and I’m studying to be a dietician.
I have to admit, orange juice isn’t my first choice of drinks in the morning, although my girls LOVE it, but after reading this list, I’m going to make it a point to drink more. I had no idea it was good for your skin!

I love orange juice. It is about the only juice that is really affordable. I like mixing it with banana sometimes. Also, I’ve tried adding ice water to orange juice, and it is amazingly good!
