3D printing is all the rage right now. I’ve seen things printed before and it’s pretty amazing to watch it happen. As much as I’d love to have my own 3D printer, it’s just not something we can get right now. I was so excited when I heard about the AtmosFlare pen because it’s like having a 3D printer right in the palm of your hand.
The AtmosFlare 3D pen is so cool and fun to play with. I had fun just doodling with it on my tabletop and loved that my drawings essentially came to life. The AtmosFlare 3D Drawing Pen uses ink and an LED light which work together to cure the artists artwork while drawing. This enables you to draw up and over in mid air instantly! Since the ink is already?liquid, there is no heating or melting needed making this safe for kids to use. Even my 4-year-old enjoyed trying out this 3D pen.
The kit comes with everything you need. It includes the pen, a red and blue ink cartridge, and even the battery needed to make the pen work. You simply put the battery in, insert the ink, and turn it on. The LED lights will turn on and you squeeze the ink to have it come out.
You can draw anything your mind can think of. Although I will admit it does take some practice, it’s such a different experience to get to draw in 3D. I like that this can be used on paper as well, making it great for the younger kids.?The ink doesn’t quite dry as quickly as I would’ve liked, but overall this is really fun and unique to use. The only limit to this awesome 3D pen is your own imagination.
