Our family is a little board game crazy…we just can’t get enough of them! We play at least once a week at home and when we are camping we spend each night playing several games together as a family. Since we play a lot of games we also love playing new games to keep things exciting. Winning Moves Games has a ton of really awesome games, some we have even reviewed before, and 2016 is no exception with several awesome new games for your family to try.
Brynk is a balancing game for ages 7+. It may look easy but you place your pieces on the teeter-tottering base which is what makes it so fun (and hard). It includes a game unit (doubles as storage container), balancing game base/cap, tri-slider piece, 42 plastic Brynk playing pieces and illustrated instructions.
This game really brings out the competitive side in me! For some reason it just make me get all serious and I really focus when placing my pieces…but alas my husband is the pro at this game. That just means I gotta concentrate more next time? It is a blast to play and even Lil Sis enjoyed watching since she was too young to play. It is always a room full of laughter when it comes toppling down. Even though you take your time to play it is still a quick game since you can only get it to go so high!
We are no stranger to the game Pass the Pigs and it is definitely a fun game for both kids and adults but the new game, Pass the Pigs Big Pigs is somehow even more fun….especially for kids! These fabulous oversized foam swines can hit all the pig poses that their little pig dice cousins do!
This game is listed for ages 7+ and is for 2+ players. It includes 2 oversized foam pig dice, 1 oversized score pad, 1 drawstring pig storage pouch, 1 pencil, illustrated instructions and Pass The Pigs history. You roll the pig like dice and you get points based on the positions they land. Pass the Pigs is one of those games EVERYONE should try because it is a lot of fun. Big Pigs is absolutely hilarious to watch as these giant pigs tumble all over the table. My girls can’t get enough!
