Most people know about Guinness World Records and their annual book and now they are available in three formats for young readers! Kids can explore the world of record-breaking achievements from all over the world!
For those beginning readers they have books in one of my personal favorite series…I Can Read!
Guinness World Records: Daring Dogs takes you on a reading adventures with canines. Dogs of all breeds and sizes are pictured in full color for doing something pretty incredible. From biggest dog and longest ears to smallest dog and longest tightrope walk young readers will enjoy every page of this book. These pooches are pretty spectacular! Guinness World Records: Wacky Wheels is about about cars and things that go. From the largest monster truck to the loudest bike horn, these Guinness World Records will rev the engines of imagination.
For these middle grade readers each book is packed with over 300 wild and crazy facts and amazing photographs. Guinness World Records: BIGGEST and SMALLEST! is all about size from tallest man and largest bagel to shortest horse and longest rubber band chain. Guinness World Records: SUPER HUMANS! is full of people that have pushed themselves to the limit to achieve miraculous feats. There is highest shallow dive, oldest gymnast, longest distance swam underwater and longest hopscotch game to just name a few. Humans can do some really amazing things with a ton of patience and practice! Guinness World Records: WACKY and WILD! includes extra crazy records where one has to really use their imaginations to even come up with them to begin with! Most cupcakes baked in one hour, most swords swallowed at the same time by a female and even farthest arrow shot using feet!
There are also chapter books for ages 6-10 with 100 facts in each one. Guinness World Records: Incredible Animals is a great book that tells you all about some really amazing animals from all over the world and what they can do. Guinness World Records: Amazing Body Records! lists the wild and crazy like some seriously tattooed people as well as some crazy long fingernails!
These new Guinness World Records Books For Young Readers are really awesome! I always enjoyed browsing through their annual book at the library when I was younger and now kids can really enjoy them with books made just for them! You have no idea how many official records are out there till you start reading these books!
