My family is trying to live healthier in the new year and part of that means changing our daily diets. Rather than grabbing sugar filled snacks, we’re reaching for the fresh fruit and vegetables first. One of our favorite treats is Cuties because they taste deliciously sweet as candy and are perfectly portioned so there’s no waste.
While looking out for your family’s health, Cuties came up with a fun new remix to the popular 80’s tune “I want Candy” and the adorable Cuties Music Video they made is helping to make the switch from candy to Cuties so much more fun for kids (and parents too!)! Just watch and see – I’ll bet the Cuties Song is stuck in your head all day too, just like it’s been in mine! Show us your kids’ sweetest moves on social media using the hashtag #IWantCuties and follow along to see some super cute kids in action.
We like to make snack time fun in our house and right before it’s time to snack on Cuties, Lil Man presents us with a juggling act. Of course, our little choir boy breaks into song then too. It really is such fun!
Not only do we enjoy Cuties for snack time at home, the boys take one in their lunch each day for school. And to start our day off right, we enjoy fresh fruit tropical smoothies in the morning, featuring Cuties as the main ingredient!
But before I share our tasty recipe with you, make sure that you “like” the Cuties Facebook page so that you can get all of their delicious recipes, craft ideas, fun tips and latest updates. Don’t forget to download the Cuties Song too so your family can sing along!
Ice cream is my weakness and something that I’m trying to avoid so instead of grabbing a scoop, I’m turning to a delicious tropical smoothie. Here’s the recipe!
- 3 Cuties, peeled
- ½ cup fresh bananas
- ½ cup fresh mango
- ½ cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup freshly squeezed Cuties juice
- 1 cup ice
- peel and cut all of your fruit, set aside.
- In the cup of your Ninja, (I use my Ninja, but you can use a blender or smoothie maker too.) add the ice, Cuties juice and fresh fruit.
- Blend for about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a Cuties wedge and enjoy!
