The holidays are approaching and one of the things that I love the most?about this time of year are the holiday lights. We deck our house out of course, but my family also enjoys seeing what other families do to decorate for the holidays as well. We often drive around looking for holiday light displays and it’s such fun for all of us.
But imagine a place where you could see a gorgeous holiday light display along with super fun things for your family?to do. Well I’m super excited because I just found out that such a place does in fact exist and it’s not too far from me. The Kiwanis Holiday Lights?event in Mankato, Minnesota features a display with?over 1 million LED lights and families all around?would have an amazing time checking it out!
In addition to the expansive light display at the Holiday Light event, your family can enjoy ice skating and sleigh rides – and even see live reindeer! Of course if the reindeer are near, Santa isn’t far behind so stop in to see him for a quick photo too!
Families can visit the?Holiday Lights?event nightly from November 27 to December 31.
