I will admit this was my first time to really sit down and watch Sheriff Callie. My daughters had watched the show many times before but I had only viewed it in passing. It was fun to snuggle up with my youngest and enjoy the 5 fun episodes on this DVD. The show is a musical comedy series with the lead played by Sheriff Callie who happens to be an adorable cat (love it) that is the sheriff of a small little town. I am pretty sure this is the only time either of my daughters have watched anything with a “western” theme and it is quite adorable. The animal townsfolk are nice but once in a while they have a small problem and Sheriff Callie comes to the rescue to fix the situation to make sure the town stays the friendliest in the west. The show is cute and enjoyable to watch, my 4 year old really enjoys it and it reminds kids to be friendly to once another even if you don’t agree on something.
