I’m a complete tech junkie. When I’m not on the computer working, you’ll almost always see a phone or tablet in my hand. I just can’t get enough of the fun apps that I play!
I added a new app to my list this past week and it’s quite fun – even if it is technically for kids! Safari Tales is a fun adventure game where kids get to explore an African world through the eyes of five cute baby animals. There are all different games to play and you can find fossils and collect stickers as well. Darwin, the talking meerkat is there to answer all of your safari animal questions; there are thousands of facts to be learned.
I started off playing Safari Tales through the eyes of a baby elephant, on a quest to find his lion cub friend. I learned how to get the elephant to do tricks and also got to paint him in a colorful purple pattern.
But that’s just the beginning of the adventure with Safari Tales. Once I was done on a particular adventure, it?was brought to life in a read along storybook! What’s really wonderful is when you start the app for the first time, it asks for your name and age, so the stories are age appropriate for your child’s reading level. Safari Tales is a great tool is helping your child to?develop storytelling skills and build sentences. Learning should be fun and I just love games that help children learn through play.
What animal in Safari Tales do you think your child would like best?
