My children love The Magic School Bus. Whether you are homeschooling or just want to expose your child to more Science. The Magic School Bus is based on the book series by Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen. Whenever we go to the public library I tell my children they can get four DVD’s, and they always choose The Magic School Bus.

My favorite Magic?School Bus classic is when Ms. Frizzle and her class transform into honey bees and journey inside a beehive. Their journey takes you through the entire process of making honey. I?ve even thought about getting my own honey bees. I?m reading more and more articles of families having their own honey bees and am intrigued.
Each Magic School Bus adventure begins with a question. Ms. Frizzle then ponders that question and comes up with a way to show her class by taking a field trip to find the answer to her student’s question. The bus will covert into whatever it needs to be in order to go on these field trips.
I have used The Magic School Bus for the past decade for educational purposes. The DVD’s are created for ages 3-10. Even if your children are slightly older they would enjoy this series. Just think of all the wonderful things your children will learn about as they journey on these field trips with Ms. Frizzle and her class. ?Make sure to but the books too.
