Spring has sprung and this Wisconsin girl couldn’t be more excited! After a dreadfully long and brutal winter, I was seriously starting to wonder if things would ever start to warm up. But alas, the beautiful days are finally making an appearance and I’m most thankful for the opportunity to get outside and enjoy my yard!
Once things started to warm up, I couldn’t wait to get the new front porch ready. Before even digging through my yard decor, I headed to Kohl’s to see what new pretties I could find for our new space! I found some really cute stuff and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!
Since we like to sit on the front porch on nice days, I thought our little table could use some sprucing up! I found a rooster planter, mason jar solar light and a ceramic solar light. The butterfly place mat I found in the dining/kitchen department provided the perfect touch for everything to rest on!
This mama always needs something new to go inside the garden, and this pink flamingo watering can was the ultimate touch to a freshly blooming garden.
I wanted something extra special for the front door and found this adorable Daisy wreath Since Daisies are one of my most favorite flowers ever, it seemed like a perfect fit! But the Spring season in Wisconsin can be rather rainy and windy, so I found the perfect place inside the house for now! Actually, I kind of like it there and just might leave it as is!
My fireplace mantle was a little boring so I wanted something to liven it up. The daisy wreath and my handmade floral arrangement look great on either side of our wedding canvas print! I think the “Happy Spring” banner ties it all together nicely!
Kohl’s has some really lovely decor out for the home and yard, so I highly suggest you stop in store or browse online to see what you can find. With Mother’s Day just around the corner, I bet you’ll score something great for the garden loving mom in your life!
