This book would be absolutely perfect for Mother’s Day as you look at the book with your own little ones and enjoy the heart-melting photographs. Explore the special role mothers play in our lives as they do more for us than they do for themselves, worry about us more than we?ll ever know, and love us more than anyone else can?no matter what their species!?
The book itself reminds me of a really nice hardback coffee table book but smaller. Each animal lists the location of where the animal is kept and the level the animal is threatened in the wild.

This book features 160 pages on a wide range of animals from a sea otter cradling her newborn pup to a lioness gently tugging her cub back to her side. ZooBorns connects you to the animals featured in the book and helps build awareness for the challenges these species face in the wild. Remember, these babies are are ambassadors for their species, helping educate about conservation while they entertain. My 6 year old loves me to read this to her even though it is not a children’s book. She seems to have a real love of learning about animals and we both learn more with every page.
When you are buying this book you are also helping out an important cause. Ten percent of all ZooBorns? revenue from the sale of these books goes directly to the Association of Zoos and Aquariums? Conservation Endowment Fund. This book is just a small way to help educate readers about conservation and cuteness at the same time. This is one book installment in the ZooBorns series so there are more books to read and continue the adorableness of baby animals. I can’t help but smile at the cute babies in the pictures every time I read this book.
