Car seat safety is super important and I am a firm believer in rear-facing until a child is 2 and keeping kids in car seats as long as possible. Car seats save lives and the makers of Cosco car seats understands that. Lots of car seats are super expensive but the new Scenera NEXT convertible car seat is super affordable at $46 at Walmart!
The 5-point harness seat is forward and rear facing from 5-40 pounds. Rear-facing is 5-40 lbs (19″-40″) and forward-facing from 22-40 lbs (29″-43″) and at least 2 years old.
It offers side impact protection built into the headrest. The fabric is machine washable and comes in several cute designs.
This is one of the only car seats on the market to fit three car seats across. This is an extremely nice feature for moms of multiples or those with several young ones close in age!
Cosco’s first priority is family and the company is proud of what its
workers do every day to help keep children safe. To coincide with the
roll out of the first Scenera NEXT’s, Cosco is launching a personalized
letter writing campaign. Over 500 of the first Scenera NEXT’s will
feature handwritten notes from a child of one of Cosco’s Columbus,
Indiana, employees. I got one in my car seat!
Following the instructions I had no problem installing it both forward and rear facing using the latch system. It even comes with the ever important to a toddler cup holder! A safe and effective car seat that is also affordable is a big deal! Check this one at Walmart and keep your little ones safe!
