I’ve been playing around with the Surface Pro 3 for the last month and I’ve got to say, I’m quite smitten with it. It’s quickly taken the place of my old laptop, which has been passed down to my boys. I love that it has all of the functions of a laptop, yet is as portable as a tablet.
Over the last five weeks, I’ve paired some great accessories with my Surface Pro 3 and there are others that I look forward to purchasing in the near future. Below I’ve shared with you 7 of my favorite “must have” accessories for the Surface Pro 3.
The following 2 accessories are the ones I’m currently using and could not imagine living without.
1. Surface Pro Type Cover – This is essentially what turns your Surface Pro 3 into a laptop and the one accessory I am almost never without. It’s available in 5 different colors Cyan, red, purple, black and blue), so there is something to fit everyone’s taste.
2. Surface Pro Pen – Now this is a neat little accessory because it’s exactly what you think it is – a pen. Did you know that you can write, draw and paint on the Surface Pro 3? Well you can with the handy little Surface Pro Pen!
Once the weather starts to get warmer, I plan to spend a lot of time outside; which means that I’ll be working outside. The following accessories are definitely going to be a must for me outdoors and on the go, so I’ll be snagging these up before too long.
3. Surface Pro 3 Docking Station – The Surface Pro Docking Station is #1 on my wish list because it will allow me to transform my Surface Pro 3 into a desktop PC. I can connect it to my monitor, wired network and keyboard. I can also connect my printer and speakers, so once I have this baby, my current desktop will be obsolete. That’s a good thing because my desktop has just about had it!
4. Arc Touch Mouse – I’m a mouse girl. Maybe it’s because I grew up on a desktop, but I just cannot function as well without one. The Arc Touch Mouse conforms to your hand and flattens to store.
5. 36W Power Supply – Get even faster speed with the 36W Power Supply.
6. Incipio ORD Sleeve for Surface Pro 3 – That baby has to stay safe on the go, so I want to protect mine with the Incipio ORD Sleeve which is available in red, black and blue.
7. PlexShield Flexible Glass Screen – You’ve got to protect your screen, especially if you want to take the Surface Pro 3 on the go. The PlexShiels Flexible Glass Screen will do just that!
