This product was super easy to use and painless!
I pulled the adhesive pad off of the clear piece of plastic and placed it on my lower back. The device snaps into place and turn on the power button. You will feel tingles and you can make them get stronger or softer by pressing the plus or minus buttons. It will automatically stop after 30 minutes.
