It features a velvet cover and a privacy clasp to keep the treasured story within. Since we own no other books with such a cover that alone gets my girls attention. It just makes the book feel extra special. The illustrations are a joy to look at and the story follows the rhyming scheme of “The Night Before Christmas.” Check out the clip so you can see a part of the story.
Our Christmas books come out every December and I always enjoy adding to the collection. In The Girl Who Saved Christmas readers will see what Santa would do if all the world’s children were bad! It blends a traditional Christmas story with a heartwarming tale of forgiveness yet it is completely new.

There is a glossary of words which fits perfectly for my kindergartener as we are constantly trying to teach her new words. There is also a place on the back page for kids to write their own Christmas wish list. Overall I really like the illustrations and I also enjoy reading books that help teach love and forgiveness especially during the holidays. I felt like the book stopped too soon but I guess that is what future books in the series could expand on.
Molly does her best by reminding Santa of the true meaning of Christmas and the author really makes it shine. You can purchase it on Amazon and still have it in time for Christmas. These magical years for kids don’t last forever and I truly treasure every minute while it is here.
