Having a large family, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen making food to feed their hungry bellies. Having 4 teen and young adult boys means I often have to find things that everyone will enjoy. You can’t go wrong with tacos when it comes to growing boys, so when I heard about McCormick?’s Skillet Sauces?, I knew just which one to try!
When I went to Walmart a few weeks ago, I found the I grabbed the McCormick? Skillet Sauces by the gravy mixes. I chose the Taco with Chipotle & Garlic McCormick? Skillet Sauce because I knew my son would appreciate a little kick to his tacos. The kids loves all things spicy!
McCormick? Skillet Sauces are nice because the sauce comes pre-mixed in the pouch, so it’s just a mix and stir type thing once your meat is browned and drained instead of having to measure things out. I’ll say it’s quite convenient!
My boys don’t get very creative with their tacos. They just want the meat, lettuce and cheese in a shell and that’s all. But for those open to loading up your tacos, you could add onions, black olives, tomatoes, guacamole, jalapenos and/or sour cream.
There are many other great flavors of McCormick? Skillet Sauces available too including:
- Fajita with Roasted Chili, Garlic & Lime Skillet Sauce
- Fire Roasted Garlic Chili Skillet Sauce
- Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce
- Smoky Applewood BBQ Chicken with Bacon Skillet Sauce
- Sicilian Chicken with Tomato, Basil & Garlic Skillet Sauce
- Sweet & Smoky Sloppy Joes Skillet Sauce
I think they all sound quite tasty and I’m especially excited to try the Fajita with Roasted Chili, Garlic & Lime Skillet Sauce and Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce next! In fact, my mouth is watering right now just thinking of Sesame Chicken – yum!
Which flavor do you want to try the most?
