Fall is here. For some of you, it seems like winter is too. It’s time for delicious, gooey, oh-so-bad for you treats and sweets. I can’t tell you the last time I had a cinnamon roll, it’s been years, but something about the cool weather and my kid’s sudden interest in cinnamon made ready to tackle a new recipe!
The best part? The dough is butter free and milk free! It’s the easiest, most versatile dough you can make and by tweaking ingredients, you can make anything from it that requires yeast dough!
Doesn’t the cinnamon swirl just look delicious. These rolls were so easy to make, just a bit time consuming. Most of that was letting them rise!
It’s filled with cinnamon and brown sugar and that’s it! My topping is a cream cheese frosting, but, they’re fluffy and soft and can easily be eaten without the frosting. (Although, it’s super delicious!)
