Halloween is just days away and I know Lil Man is especially excited for Trick or Treating this year and it’s all thanks to Spirit Halloween. You see, he’s a larger boy, so he no longer fits into the children’s costumes that only go up to a size 14. He’s slowly transitioning into a man and this year we shopped the adult section for Halloween costumes. He had an idea in kind and with the wonderful selection of costumes available in store and online at Spirit Halloween, he quickly found a perfect match.
You see, my son always likes to be the good guy, so monsters and villains were completely out of the question. But that’s what’s awesome about Spirit Halloween – that they have costumes of every variety. He found the Benevolent King costume and the perfect wooden sword to match. You know, because you can’t be a King without the sword!
He really likes the costume and personally, I think it looks great on him, my little King. It seems like a high quality costume compared to others we’ve had, so I’m guessing this one will last awhile. Complete with the shirt, pants, boot covers and crown, you get the full package in one.
But Spirit Halloween doesn’t cater only to adults. There are costumes
for babies and children of all ages. You’ll find their favorite characters, super heroes and more. You’ll even be able to browse through scary decorations
and spooktacular props for all of your Halloween fun!
In 2006, Spirit Halloween launched Spirit of Children and have raised over $16 million in cash and merchandise since 2007, which has then since donated to over 100 children’s hospitals. The donations create fun for Halloween and help create funding for Child Life Departments throughout the hospitals.
With the help of their vendor partners, they set up Halloween Celebrations in children’s hospitals across the country. The Spirit team brings in everything needed for a fantastic party from goody bags to costumes and more. There are also in store fundraising campaigns and the wonderful thing is that 100% of all donations go to the Child Life departments.
