I love a nice cup of a tea, but I usually drink it iced because of the hot weather. Now that fall is here and winter is coming, I can finally enjoy a hot mug of tea. There’s nothing quite like sitting on the patio to wake up in the morning with fresh tea and breakfast. I tend to get up a little before my toddler so I can enjoy the quiet time to myself. I can be somewhat particular about the tea I drink, though, as I like it to be natural, preferably organic, and with a good bit of caffeine to wake me up. The new Organic Pu-erh Teas from Numi Tea are the perfect way to say good morning.
Pu-erh is an ancient healing tea picked from 500 year old organic wild tea trees in Yunnan, China and undergoes a special fermentation process.
