What a fun way to reinforce spelling. My daughter (9) and I played Bananagrams WildTiles? first without using the WildTiles just to see how hard it would be. You can trade a tile for three new tiles, but that keeps you from winning sooner. My daughter had a harder time thinking of words for the tiles she had. She spent more time trading tiles than thinking of words she could make with the tiles she had.
This game kept us entertained for quite some time, and I plan to use it as a way to reinforce her spelling. Spelling is my daughter’s least favorite subject in school, and this game kept us busy for at least an hour. For an hour, my daughter’s attention was kept playing a game instead of watching TV or playing video games. It seems as though less and less families are spending time playing good old fashioned board games or games like Bananagrams WildTiles?, which is way more educational and is something the entire family can do together. There is no need for a board, pencil or paper – ideal for children and adults who enjoy witty word play, at home or on the go. When you are finished playing it comes in a neat banana bag to keep all your tiles in so you will not have to worry about losing them.
Bananagrams WildTiles? is sold exclusively at Target and Target.com. Bananagrams, Inc. also offers the
award-winning Appletters?, Pairs in Pears?, ZIP-IT? and Fruitominoes? as well as Jumbo Bananagrams and Jumbo Zip-It.
