With a family full of boys, meat is almost always on the menu. These boys are hungry and this mama’s gotta keep them fed! So this 4th of July, we gathered our friends and family at the park and had a little #Riberty fun. We had everything we needed to feed a hungry crowd and have a good time celebrating our sweet independence.
Our good friend dubbed himself chef for the day and snagged up that apron as fast as he could. Who could blame him though – I wouldn’t want rib sauce all over my white shirt either!
With 10 packs of Tony Roma’s Ribs to grill, he almost thought he was a little bit crazy for volunteering so quickly.
But you see, Tony Roma’s Ribs are fully cooked; you just have to heat for about 10 minutes then enjoy. I suppose it can’t get much easier than that!
Our ribs were done in no time and boy did they smell amazing! Everyone couldn’t wait to dig in and try some of that tasty meat.
By the time the last of the guests had arrived, there was only about two racks of ribs left. Our crowd literally chowed those ribs up and everyone thought they were just amazing. They were so tender and cooked to perfection. The ribs literally fell off the bone – just the way I like ’em!
The Man had to run up and snag one of the last ribs, just so that he could savor the flavor one more time. He literally ate that bone clean and started raving to the newcomers about how amazing these ribs are and that they’re sure to love them!
By the end of the day, everyone was raving about the ribs – how they were the best they’d each ever had. People were coming up to me asking where to buy them because they wanted to grab their own for their next BBQ. I can definitely attest to that and plan to grab some more for this weekend!
