My husband is somewhat of a button-up shirt junkie. I remember my first thoughts about him when I met him in college were 1. He’s hot and 2. Why is he always so dressed up. Although you could always find him in a button-up shirt, he didn’t view it as being “dressed up” per say, it was just his own personal style. Nugget has only worn button-up shirts for special occasions – Easter, Christmas, weddings – and I’m not sure why I don’t put him in them more often given how ridiculously cute he looks in them. I have to admit, I always thought it would be adorable to have The Hubs and Nugget in matching shirts and was thrilled when I found out I could make that happen with Seaplane Shirts.
I was instantly in love with their shirts from the moment I saw them. I love the bright colors and unique prints that make the shirts truly fun while still maintaining a modern, classy look. We got the Green Fuzzies shirts and were not disappointed; it reminded me of bright, fresh, green spring grass. Whoever asks about your shirt should be sure to get one quickly as they make their shirts in small batches and once they sell out, that print becomes “extinct.” I think it’s great that you won’t be running into people on the street wearing the same shirt as you.
Seaplane Shirts are light and incredibly breathable. My husband normally walks a mile in the 90+ degree Florida heat at lunch to get a soda and commented on how he didn’t come back to work all sweaty after his walk because of how light-weight the shirt is. Even with the breathability and lightness of the shirts, they are extremely high quality and are certain to last for years to come.
Seaplane Shirts are meant to be worn comfortably and are pre-laundered, pre-shrunk, and can be machine washed and dryed. The site has a detailed size chart and each item description gives more information on how to choose your shirt size correctly. The men sizes run from XS-XXL and the boys sizes are from 3-7. The mens shirts come in either short-sleeve, long-sleeve, or sometimes both ways and the boys shirts come in long-sleeve.
